IURIS Malta was set up in 2011, and comprises a well-knit team of lawyers. All its members have worked together for several years. The firm is led by partners Peter Fenech and Simon Galea Testaferrata who have shared offices for the past 17 years. The senior associates have been on board for a number of years, while others have joined recently to further strengthen our team.
IURIS Malta has its roots in general civil and commercial law and may be described as a traditional law-firm. This notwithstanding, it has evolved by gaining expertise in more recent and topical areas thus extending its fields of practice, and today includes a number of affilliate companies to better assist the financial services sector. In fact the firm was established with one goal in mind: that of providing prompt and effective solutions to clients, whatever their needs and demands. We firmly believe that all clients deserve attention and legal expertise to achieve their targets, and more.
All lawyers have practiced in various areas of law, having accumulated considerable experience on particular laws, rights and legal topics. With the birth of IURIS Malta we have re-positioned ourselves to better employ all our resources and legal expertise to safeguard and enforce our clients’ rights. For us at IURIS Malta this is an ongoing process with the engagement of skilled and dedicated professionals and administrators.
